Phoenix M&E Solutions was awarded a £7,500,000 contract to transform the old Debenhams office space into 73 high-quality, energy efficient one- and two-bedroom apartments. This ambitious project required a complete strip-out and redesign to modernize the building while prioritizing sustainability, functionality, and contemporary design aesthetics.
- The rooms were finished to a high standard with the HIX rooms being painted on 3 walls with a feature wall using a blue textured wall paper the skirtings were all colour coded to match the walls. The bathrooms used composite stone vanity units with shower enclosures. The Crowne Plaza rooms were finished in wallpaper with a pre finished skirting the bathrooms had granite vanity units and floor tiles with oversized wall tiles with walk in showers and contained large leg backlit mirrors surrounded with pearlescent mosaics.

Complete mechanical and electrical refit to meet modern residential standards. Solar PV and heat pump installation, reducing reliance on traditional energy sources. Water heating innovation: Installation of individual Austria Email tanks that recycle air and heat water 1-4. with an impressive COP of 70 kW solar power installation on the roof, significantly reducing electricity dependency and lowering energy costs for residents.
